You might be wondering how we arrived here and frankly, I’m glad you asked.
You may already be familiar with some of the work I’ve been doing in the woman’s health arena. Originally the idea of the ‘debunking’ series started in a small workshop room at my clinic, The Pagoda Tree and very quickly the concept grew wings and flew! There was a demand for workshops across the country as well as a pile of email enquiries from off shore. Women were excited. They were positively challenged by the simplicity but the necessity of what I was sharing, which is why I was so inspired to get the information out there to everyone as soon as means would allow.
That first series – Debunking Ovulation has now been viewed and downloaded by thousands of women worldwide. It’s simple and really, so easy to understand. I’m still scratching my head as to why women don’t already know this stuff – but the reality is, it’s not something were being taught. Alongside our modern busy lifestyle, we’ve disconnected from ourselves. We’ve unplugged because we’ve been a little too busy or things like the pill or poor lifestyle have disguised what our bodies are saying to us. More so, nobody has ever shared this information publicly to make a difference in this way.
So that’s why I’m back, with a second instalment to my ‘Debunking’ series – Debunking Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome because this is most certainly one of those topics, that needs some attention.
I’m here to touch women’s lives in a way like no other, to share the gift of knowledge, take hormone health and awareness to an entirely new level and help you to understand your own unique health like never before.
